Installing the Klaviyo Integration

Installing the Klaviyo integration is a fairly simple 2-step process.

Step 1: Install the app from the Commerce7 app store

1. In your Commerce7 admin panel, click the Apps & Extensions menu on the left side.
2. Search the app store for "Klaviyo" and select the Klaviyo app by Digimatic.
3. Click the "Install" button.

Step 2: Activate OAuth to connect your Klaviyo account

1. In your Commerce7 admin panel, click the Marketing menu on the left side, then click "Klaviyo".
2. Read the activation guidance linked on that screen.
3. Click "Activate OAuth".
4. If you have multiple Klaviyo accounts, ensure that you've selected the Klaviyo account that should be synced to the Commerce7 account you're logged into.
5. Review the permissions being requested and click "Approve".

That's it! Your historical data will begin syncing to get everything up to date and any activity in Commerce7 going forward will be synced to Klaviyo in realtime.
